Financing a new car with bad credit

If you happen to be applying for no credit auto loans you may want to know if you can afford to finance a new car.

We know all about this because for nearly nineteen years we've been working in bad credit car sales and have helped bad credit buyers obtain approved auto loans

We've explained why a tote the note dealer won't help their credit scores and outlined the loan process (to reduce the chance of repossession).

Choosing a car

Bad credit auto loans are best used to finance a compact or midsize car. This saves on interest, gas and car insurance costs. Financing for the shortest term also means you'll be in a position to re-finance or purchase another vehicle at a lower interest rate even sooner.

Because of this, most poor credit customers will choose used car. But often there is another choice – an inexpensive new car.

New cars are reliable, covered by a warranty and rebates and new car incentives can lower the selling price and sometimes contribute to the down payment requirements of a few bad credit lenders.
